a tender retreat

the room was spacious. i found everything i needed was right there. the lady at reception had a super friendly attitude. it felt quite cute to return each day. the rooftop pool created a beautiful spot for relaxation after checkout. i spent a couple of hours there before my flight. it was a sweet escape.
I noticed there are not many shops or bars immediately nearby. the slight walk was a pleasant way to begin or end my day.

the location provided easy access to various attractions. buses were readily available nearby. valetta and st julien's were easily accessible from here. this made exploring effortless.

the room was very clean the location was decent
i booked a room with a balcony but got a room with just a small high window i asked about it but was told the hotel was full so nothing could be done the receptionist did not apologize or offer any compensation customer service needs improvement i paid for a balcony i did not get it

the room was kept clean. i liked the regular cleaning and fresh towels. the kitchenette was well-equipped. it included a large fridge.
the views from the balcony were not great. i looked out at the back of poorly maintained buildings. there was a constant subtle beeping in the room. staff said this happened in every room.
