a tender retreat
spacious room friendly attitude rooftop pool sweet escape
the room was spacious. i found everything i needed was right there. the lady at reception had a super friendly attitude. it felt quite cute to return each day. the rooftop pool created a beautiful spot for relaxation after checkout. i spent a couple of hours there before my flight. it was a sweet escape.
I noticed there are not many shops or bars immediately nearby. the slight walk was a pleasant way to begin or end my day.

the location provided easy access to various attractions. buses were readily available nearby. valetta and st julien's were easily accessible from here. this made exploring effortless.

the staff was helpful. they cleaned the room and changed towels daily. they consistently ensured we were satisfied with everything. their kindness and readiness to assist were appreciated.

the room felt modern and simple. it was thoroughly cleaned each day. fresh sheets, towels, and soap were provided consistently. there was ample storage space available. ironing facilities were also included.

small high window poor customer service
the room was very clean the location was decent
i booked a room with a balcony but got a room with just a small high window i asked about it but was told the hotel was full so nothing could be done the receptionist did not apologize or offer any compensation customer service needs improvement i paid for a balcony i did not get it
